We've used Power Pros for years and will use them for many more years to come as needed, be it at our home or my mom-in-law's place. We can depend on them to do a variety of jobs: EV charger installs, lighting installations, and any other electrical need. They show up on time, get the job done, and never leave a mess!!! We appreciate you Power Pros!

When Julie answered, this company was legit. After a bad experience with a popular company where the contractor called two hours before with "Car Trouble" I'd say go with these folks. Here is why: Julie on the phone is excellent and never lost patience with my story. I appreciated that and she quickly found me an appointment time the next day which I was grateful for. Technician Experience: I've seen a few electricians, some with an attitude problem, but this guy who showed up was excellent. Chris took time to talk, listened to my useless banter and never said a word. He took a look at what I wanted done, and got what I did not understand done! Being that I have other things I will no doubt need done, I will be requesting Chris. I trust the guy. Final Notes: Go with these folks as they tell it like it is and let you know right out the gate when they look at the job what it will cost. No one quotes over the phone. You called because you don't know like I did!! Talk to these folks first!! Live y'all!

I'm impressed. My call for help was answered quickly, the tech, Chris, came out the same day to meet my schedule, he communicated thoroughly about his arrival, researched and solved my problem, and taught me a few things along the way. Thank you! Impressive.

Power Pros Electrical Service is very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Cuyler introduced himself and was very clean working at changing out my old light with the new one. He was great! I would definitely recommend PPES!

Trust and transparency for a service person is what I look for to work at my home to service my service needs. As there is high opportunity to be grifted. Robert provided those qualities and Power Pros fall in that category and will not trust any other electrician service as I can trust them to fix rather billing me for phantom issues.
